Full Insurance is required & Signature is required for orders over 100.00
International buyers I cannot list this item as a gift.
Returns
Terms of Sale:
All sales are considered final. This includes any initial payments made for an item listed “special order”. All special orders are paid for in advance and shipped immediately when received from the manufacturer.
All items are inspected for any manufacturer defects. We do not offer any refunds unless;
1) The item is proven to have a manufacturers defect.
2) You have notified us within 24 hours of delivery of the problem.
3) A replacement item is unavailable.
4) Defected Merchandise has to be returned to us, before we exchange or refund your money. For defected Merchandise we will pay return shipping cost.
Credit cards are accepted through Paypal only. Our shipping department makes the utmost effort to insure that all orders are packed securely and our quality control team confirms that the outgoing items match up with their respective invoices.
If you do notice a discrepancy, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the problem. This must be done within 24 hours of receipt. Items that have been worn, laundered or altered in any way will not be accepted for replacement or refund.
